Description:
A deeply layered Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black cherry, plum and fig, accented by black currant, chocolate, leather, cedar, vanilla and clove. Additional notes of tobacco and graphite add complexity. Fine-grained tannins, balanced acidity and a dense, velvety texture lead to a long, structured finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
Serve: 60–65°F. The producer recommends approximately 1 hour of decanting when drinking it young.
