Description:
A beautifully balanced Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black cherry, blueberry and dried fig, accented by baking spice, cigar box and charred oak. The palate develops layers of chocolate-covered cherry, red currant, huckleberry, toasted walnut and vanilla, supported by silky, fine-grained tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.

Serve: 60–65°F. This 2020 has some bottle age but remains structured; allow approximately 30 minutes to breathe before serving.
