A bold yet balanced Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and dark plum, layered with notes of cassis, cocoa, cedar, vanilla and warm spice. Full-bodied with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a rich, lingering finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef short ribs, brisket, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime Ribeye—its rich marbling and char are a natural match for the wine’s ripe dark fruit and full-bodied structure.

Serve: Around 60–65°F. Give the 2020 vintage about 30–45 minutes to breathe before serving.
