Description:
A rich North Coast Cabernet with a core of ripe black cherry and blackberry, complemented by dark chocolate, espresso and black pepper. Subtle minerality and smoky, toasted oak add complexity, while the palate is creamy and dense with juicy berry fruit and soft, supple tannins.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, BBQ pork or grilled meats. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Wagyu Burger or Prime NY Strip. The winery specifically recommends grilled meats and burgers.
