Description:
A rich Washington Cabernet with layers of black currant, blackberry, ripe plum and cherry, accented by tobacco, licorice, wet stone, vanilla and shaved chocolate. Full-bodied with juicy acidity, ripe tannins and subtle oak that adds texture and complexity to the long, generous finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, braised short ribs, rack of lamb, venison or Wagyu burgers. For Midtown Provisions, pair with braised beef short ribs or a Prime NY Strip.
