Description:
A rich Paso Robles Cabernet with aromas of plum, black cherry, sandalwood and tobacco leaf, followed by flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, cassis, mocha and vanilla. Subtle notes of gravelly mineral, roasted coffee and oak spice add complexity. Plush tannins create a smooth, enveloping texture with a long, balanced finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, beef short ribs or grilled pork sausage. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Prime Ribeye. The winery specifically recommends its Cabernet with fresh pork sausage and dark greens.
