Description:
A structured Columbia Valley Cabernet with aromas of black currant, blackberry, plum and bramble, layered with leather, coffee, anise, clove and toasted oak. The palate develops flavors of cassis, espresso, graphite and sage, with chewy tannins, balanced acidity and a savory, lingering finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, pot roast, beef stew or grilled vegetables. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Prime Ribeye. Tastings.com specifically highlighted it as an excellent steakhouse-style Cabernet.
