Description:
A bold Lodi Cabernet with aromas of smoky blackberry jam, black cherry and fig, layered with vanilla spice, leather and tobacco. Bourbon-barrel finishing adds a distinctive touch of smoke, vanilla and oak sweetness, while juicy dark fruit, fine tannins and a long finish keep the wine rich and balanced.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, smoked brisket, BBQ ribs, Wagyu burgers or braised short ribs. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye or smoked beef brisket. The smoky, vanilla-rich bourbon-barrel character works especially well with grilled and smoked meats.
Serve: 60–65°F. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes to breathe before serving.
