Description:
A polished, estate-grown Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, boysenberry and dark plum, layered with black cherry, cocoa, graphite, anise and toasted oak. Fine-grained tannins provide excellent structure while notes of spearmint, vanilla, licorice and subtle earthiness add complexity. Rich and generous while remaining balanced, with a long dark-fruit finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime Filet Mignon, beef tenderloin, short ribs, osso buco or aged Parmesan. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye or Prime Filet Mignon. The winery specifically recommends beef with this vintage.
Serve: 60–65°F. This 2019 is entering a great drinking window; allow approximately 30 minutes of air before serving.
