Description:
A rich, classic Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and cassis, layered with notes of cedar, dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spice. Full-bodied and well-balanced, with polished tannins, good structure and a long, smooth finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, lamb chops or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime NY Strip—its robust beef flavor and marbling complement the wine’s dark fruit, oak and structured tannins.

Serve: Around 60–65°F. Give the 2019 vintage about 30–45 minutes to breathe before serving.
