A classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with concentrated flavors of blackberry, black cherry and cassis, layered with notes of cedar, dark chocolate, vanilla, dried herbs and baking spice. Full-bodied and well-structured, with polished tannins, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime Ribeye—the steak’s rich marbling complements the Cabernet’s firm structure and concentrated dark-fruit character.
Serve: Around 60–65°F. Give the 2019 vintage approximately 30–60 minutes to breathe before serving.
