Description:
A bold and sophisticated Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black cherry, cassis and dark plum, layered with dried violet, tobacco, graphite, cocoa, leather and spicy oak. Full-bodied with muscular yet fine-grained tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, complex finish. French-oak aging adds richness and polish while preserving the wine's dark-fruit and mineral character.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Filet Mignon or Prime Ribeye.
