Description:
A rich, smooth Sonoma County Cabernet with generous flavors of dark cherry, ripe plum, blackberry and black currant, accented by crushed violet, black pepper and baking spice. Notes of vanilla, maple and milk chocolate add richness, while medium, supple tannins lead into a velvety finish with lingering spicy oak.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, rack of lamb, Wagyu burgers or grilled vegetables. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Rack of Lamb. The winery specifically recommends grilled steak and rack of lamb with the 2019.
