Description:
A bold Paso Robles Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black raspberry and dark fruit, layered with shaved cocoa, cinnamon, mocha, leather and sweet tobacco. Rich and densely textured with ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a long, polished finish. French-oak aging adds depth and warm toasted character without overwhelming the ripe fruit.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, beef short ribs, venison or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
