Princess Gaby 2015 is an elegant Right Bank Bordeaux red from Château Gaby in the Canon-Fronsac appellation. Built primarily around Merlot, the wine combines ripe, generous fruit with the structure and savory complexity characteristic of Bordeaux’s limestone- and clay-influenced vineyards.

The 2015 vintage offers layers of ripe plum, black cherry, blackberry and cassis, complemented by notes of spice, earth, cedar and subtle oak. With bottle age, the wine has had time to develop greater complexity and softer tannins while retaining the structure that makes Bordeaux such a natural partner for food.
