Description:
A rich and polished Napa Valley Cabernet with layers of wild raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and black currant, complemented by cassis, plum, clove, leather and toasted espresso. French-oak aging contributes notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, sandalwood and toasted spice, while fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide structure and a long, silky finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.

Serve: 60–65°F. The 2021 is still relatively youthful and structured; allow approximately 30–45 minutes to breathe before serving.
