A polished South Australian Cabernet with generous blackberry, black currant, dark cherry and plum, complemented by cedar, cocoa, mint, bay leaf and warm baking spice. French and American oak contribute notes of vanilla, toasted nuts and woody spice, while fine tannins and balanced acidity give the wine structure and a lingering finish.

Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, rack of lamb, roast beef or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Rack of Lamb.
