Description:
An organically grown Mendocino Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black cherry and black currant, complemented by cedar, cocoa, tobacco, baking spice and subtle earthy notes. Full-bodied yet balanced, with fine-grained tannins, integrated oak and a rich, lingering finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef short ribs, Wagyu burgers, lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye. Wine Enthusiast also recommends grilled T-bone with the current Estate Cabernet.
