Oddbird was founded in Sweden in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer, a former social worker who wanted to create sophisticated alcohol-free alternatives that could be enjoyed during celebrations and everyday gatherings.

Unlike beverages created simply by blending grape juice and flavorings, Oddbird produces wines using traditional winemaking methods before carefully removing the alcohol, helping preserve the wine's natural fruit character, structure and complexity.

GSM stands for Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, three classic Rhône Valley grape varieties frequently blended to create wines with rich fruit, spice and balanced structure.
