Description:
A powerful yet polished Paso Robles Cabernet with concentrated ripe cherry, plum, blackberry, fig and cassis, layered with tobacco, cocoa, cedar, dried herbs, lavender and subtle savory spice. Full-bodied and juicy with integrated oak, lush polished tannins and a long mineral-driven finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or venison. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
Serve: 60–65°F. With the 2020 now showing some bottle development, open and taste first; approximately 30 minutes of air should be plenty.
