Description:
A polished, full-bodied Columbia Valley Cabernet with layers of black currant, plum, raspberry and dried strawberry, complemented by black tea, mocha, cocoa, vanilla bean and baking spice. Fine tannins provide structure while dark chocolate and concentrated berry notes carry through the long finish. The 2018 growing season produced ripe fruit while cooler early-fall conditions helped preserve freshness and acidity.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, braised short ribs, rack of lamb, venison or roasted beef. For Midtown Provisions, pair with Beef Short Ribs or a Prime NY Strip.

Serve: 60–65°F. Since this is a 2018 with some bottle age, open and taste first; 20–30 minutes of air should be sufficient. If sediment is present, decant gently.
