Description:
A bold and expressive Lodi Cabernet packed with blackberry, black cherry, boysenberry and dark plum, layered with dark chocolate, coffee, toasted vanilla, clove and baking spice. Rich fruit and noticeable oak are balanced by smooth tannins, creating a full-bodied, approachable Cabernet with a long, flavorful finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Wagyu burgers, smoked brisket, braised short ribs, BBQ or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with Beef Short Ribs or a Prime Ribeye.
