Description:
A rich, plush California Cabernet with expressive aromas and flavors of juicy blackberry, boysenberry and bramble, complemented by toasty vanilla and graham cracker. Full-bodied and smooth with a velvety mouthfeel, generous dark fruit and a long, approachable finish. Meiomi's Cabernet style was originally developed using fruit from Sonoma, Monterey and Santa Barbara counties, reflecting the influence of California's coastal growing regions.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, roast beef, lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye or Wagyu Burger.
