Description:
A bold, small-production Alexander Valley Cabernet with concentrated black cherry and blackberry, accented by green herbs, black olive and subtle mineral notes. Muscular yet refined tannins give the wine substantial structure, while bright acidity keeps the rich fruit balanced and fresh. The extended French-oak aging adds depth and complexity without overwhelming the Cabernet's dark-fruit character.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, rack of lamb or venison. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye. Beef, lamb and game are particularly well suited to this structured Alexander Valley Cabernet.
