Description:
A classic Paso Robles Cabernet with generous black currant, blackberry, dark cherry and ripe red fruit, complemented by vanilla, toasted toffee, sweet oak, herbs and warm spice. Smooth, supple tannins balance the ripe fruit, creating an approachable Cabernet with a soft, lingering finish. Liberty School has been producing Paso Robles Cabernet for more than 40 years and is part of the Hope Family Wines portfolio.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, grilled chicken, BBQ or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Wagyu Burger.
