Description:
A bold, full-bodied California Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black cherry and dark fruit, layered with vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted oak. Finishing in charred bourbon barrels adds distinctive notes of vanilla, caramel, warm spice and smoky oak, creating a rich, smooth Cabernet with fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, smoked brisket, braised short ribs, Wagyu burgers, BBQ or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Smoked Brisket or Prime Ribeye.
