Description:
Lail Vineyards' flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted from exceptional vineyard sites in areas including Calistoga, Howell Mountain, Oakville and Stags Leap District. Deep and concentrated with layers of cassis, blackberry, black cherry and black raspberry, complemented by dark chocolate, black tea, tobacco, graphite, cedar and savory spice. Full-bodied and powerful yet remarkably polished, with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and an exceptionally long, complex finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, rack of lamb, braised short ribs or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
Serve: 60–65°F. Younger vintages benefit from approximately 60–90 minutes of decanting.
