Description:
A rich, lively Cabernet with aromas of boysenberry, black plum, dried herbs, toasted vanilla and mocha. The palate offers black currant, Bing cherry and cassis, layered with dark chocolate, toasted spice and vanilla. Full-bodied with ripe, supple tannins and a smooth, dry finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, braised short ribs, lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip.
