Description:
A richly textured Paso Robles Cabernet with aromas of ripe red fruit and black peppercorn, followed by flavors of raspberry, coffee and vanilla. Bold tannins provide structure while the ripe fruit and oak influence create a smooth, lingering finish. Paso Robles' combination of cool morning fog and intense midday sun helps produce a Cabernet that balances richness with freshness.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, lamb chops, Wagyu burgers or charcuterie. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Rack of Lamb or Prime Ribeye. Josh Cellars specifically recommends lamb chops and charcuterie with this wine.
Serve: 60–65°F. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes to breathe before serving.
