A rich, velvety Paso Robles Cabernet with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, raspberry and plum, layered with cedar, roasted coffee, tobacco, vanilla, anise and warm baking spice. Lively acidity and fine tannins balance the generous fruit, creating a smooth, supple texture and a long, mouthwatering finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, tri-tip, braised short ribs, BBQ or roasted meats. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or braised beef short ribs.
