Description:
A distinctive Washington Cabernet combining ripe New World fruit with a more structured, savory style. Medium-to-full-bodied with refreshing acidity and a smooth texture, it offers ripe fruit up front with herbal complexity and a balanced, lingering finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime NY Strip, braised short ribs, rack of lamb, Wagyu burgers or venison. For Midtown Provisions, pair with braised beef short ribs or a Prime NY Strip.
Serve: 58–65°F. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes to breathe before serving.
