Description:
A rich, full-bodied Paso Robles Cabernet with generous dark fruit, baked plum and raspberry, complemented by dark-roasted coffee, baking chocolate, baking spice and toasted oak. The palate is plush and concentrated, with a distinctive chalky, limestone-driven minerality, firm tannins and notes of roasted strawberry and minty licorice leading into a long, structured finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, grilled beef, braised short ribs, lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
