Description:
A rich, full-bodied single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe blackberry and black cherry, followed by flavors of blueberry, cassis and dark chocolate. French oak contributes pronounced toasty oak and baking spice, while fine-grained, supple tannins create a smooth, expansive mouthfeel. Concentrated and structured with a long, polished finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Filet Mignon, prime rib or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye. Goldschmidt specifically recommends this Cabernet with red meats, including prime rib, NY Strip and filet.
