Description:
A full-bodied, elegant Cabernet with concentrated cassis, blackberry, blueberry and plum, layered with black cherry, violet, cocoa, vanilla, nutmeg, tobacco, leather and peppercorn. Gravel-rich vineyard soils contribute intensity and structure, while the palate moves from toasted oak and vanilla into ripe dark fruit and mocha spice. Firm tannins soften as the wine opens, leading to a long, smooth finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, braised short ribs or aged blue cheese. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Wagyu Burger topped with aged blue cheese.
