Description:
A polished Alexander Valley Cabernet with layers of blackberry, cassis, ripe plum and dark cherry, complemented by cedar, tobacco, leather, cinnamon and warm spice. Fine, plush tannins and balanced acidity create a smooth, full-bodied palate with a lingering dark-fruit finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs or rack of lamb. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip or Prime Ribeye.
