Description:
A beautifully structured Napa Valley Cabernet with aromas and flavors of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and red cherry, complemented by violet, vanilla, espresso, nutmeg, cedar, graphite and subtle herbs. Silky tannins and fresh acidity balance the rich fruit, creating an elegant, polished wine with a long, expressive finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, Filet Mignon, beef tenderloin, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Filet Mignon.
