Description:
A sophisticated Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated blackberry, black currant, dark cherry and plum, layered with dark chocolate, cedar, graphite, tobacco, dried herbs and toasted oak. Full-bodied with polished tannins and balanced acidity, Faust combines rich Napa fruit with a distinctive savory, mineral character and a long, structured finish. Much of the wine's character comes from fruit grown at Faust's Coombsville Estate, supplemented by vineyards throughout Napa Valley.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
Serve: 60–65°F. Allow approximately 45–60 minutes to breathe for younger vintages.
