An elegant, full-bodied single-vineyard Napa Cabernet with concentrated black cherry, red plum and currant, layered with cedar, chocolate, thyme, sandalwood, cinnamon and warm spice. Ripe, velvety tannins provide substantial structure while maintaining a smooth, fruit-forward character. The 2019 offers impressive depth and a long, polished finish, with enough maturity to drink beautifully now while retaining excellent structure.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, lamb chops or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime NY Strip.
