Description:
A rich, full-bodied Napa County Cabernet with concentrated black currant, blackberry, dark cherry and plum, layered with shaved chocolate, cocoa, tobacco, cedar, vanilla and toasted oak. Silky, supple tannins balance the generous dark fruit, leading to a smooth, lingering finish. Approachable enough to enjoy now while still delivering the depth and structure expected from Napa Cabernet.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, Prime NY Strip, roast beef, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with a Prime Ribeye.
