Description:
A highly rated Napa Valley Cabernet with concentrated flavors of black cherry, cassis, ripe plum and blackberry, layered with cedar, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, wild spice and subtle earthy notes. Full-bodied and richly textured, with supple tannins, excellent depth and a long, velvety finish. The 2021 blend is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petite Sirah, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d choose a Prime Ribeye—the marbling and char are a great match for the wine’s concentrated fruit, supple tannins and savory complexity.
