A rich, approachable California Cabernet Sauvignon made by Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards. It offers generous flavors of ripe blackberry, black cherry and dark plum, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, toasted oak and warm spice. Full-bodied and fruit-forward with soft tannins and a smooth, plush finish, making it an easy-drinking introduction to the Wagner family style.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, beef short ribs, barbecue or aged cheddar. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Wagyu burger or Prime Ribeye—the rich beef works particularly well with Bonanza’s ripe fruit and soft, generous style.

Serve: Around 60–65°F. Give it about 15–30 minutes to breathe before serving.
