A rich, polished Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with generous flavors of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and dark plum, layered with notes of cedar, cocoa, vanilla, toasted oak and warm baking spice. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, balanced structure and a long, smooth finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime Ribeye—its rich marbling and char complement the Cabernet’s concentrated dark fruit and full-bodied structure.
