More restrained and savory than many fruit-forward California Cabernets, with balanced acidity, refined tannins and a fresh, structured finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime NY Strip, filet mignon, roast beef, lamb chops, grilled mushrooms or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime NY Strip—the wine’s savory character and firm structure complement the steak’s rich beef flavor beautifully.
