Excellent with grilled fish, lobster, shrimp, shellfish, light chicken dishes and fresh vegetables. For Midtown Provisions, pair with fresh oysters, jumbo shrimp or grilled organic chicken breast.
Interesting Facts:
The Friuli Grave growing area takes its name from its exceptionally gravelly, stony soils. These well-draining soils help create the fresh, aromatic and mineral-driven style for which the area's white wines are known.
Bidoli has been making wine in Friuli since 1924, and the winery is now in its third generation of the Bidoli family.
The 2024 vintage of this Sauvignon Blanc earned a Silver Medal at the 2025 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, a major international wine competition.
Serve: 46–50°F. No decanting necessary. Serve chilled but not ice-cold to preserve its aromatic character.
