A sophisticated Napa Valley red blend built around Cabernet Sauvignon, showing rich blackberry, black currant and dark plum with layers of cedar, cocoa, graphite, herbs, vanilla and warm spice. Fine, structured tannins give the wine depth and a long, polished finish. It offers the richness of Napa Cabernet with additional complexity from the other Bordeaux varieties in the blend.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, I’d pair this with a Prime Ribeye—the marbling works beautifully with Tapestry’s Cabernet-driven structure and rich dark fruit.
