A classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with rich flavors of blackberry, cassis, black cherry and dark plum, complemented by notes of cedar, cocoa, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spice. Full-bodied and well-structured, with polished tannins and a long, balanced finish.
Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, rack of lamb or aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime Ribeye—the steak’s rich marbling is an ideal match for the Cabernet’s dark fruit, tannins and oak character.
Serve: Around 60–65°F. Give it approximately 30–45 minutes to breathe before serving.
