Pairing Recommendation:
Pairs well with grilled steak, burgers, roasted vegetables, pork tenderloin, grilled chicken and aged cheeses. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend Wagyu burgers or a Prime Filet—both work nicely with its softer, fruit-forward style.
Serve: Around 60–65°F. It should be enjoyable shortly after opening; 10–20 minutes of air is plenty.
