Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with Prime Ribeye, NY Strip, Wagyu burgers, beef short ribs, brisket or aged cheddar. For a Midtown Provisions pairing, I’d recommend a Prime NY Strip—its savory beef character and marbling balance the wine’s ripe fruit and full-bodied style.
