A rich, estate-grown Cabernet with layers of blackberry, black currant, blueberry, plum and dark cherry, complemented by violet, graphite, black olive, cocoa, toasted oak and savory herbs. Fine tannins and fresh acidity provide structure, while hints of vanilla, sage and baking spice carry through the long, balanced finish.
