Description:
A rich Veneto red with concentrated dark forest berries, black cherry and kirsch, layered with vanilla, warm oak spice and chocolate. A portion of the grapes undergoes a drying process before vinification, helping create its ripe, concentrated character. Full-bodied and plush with rounded tannins and a smooth, lingering red-fruit finish.

Pairing Recommendation:
Excellent with roasted meats, beef, pork, charcuterie and mature cheeses. For Midtown Provisions, pair with braised beef short ribs, Prime Ribeye or an Italian-style charcuterie board.

Serve: 60–64°F. With the 2018's bottle age, no aggressive decant is necessary; open and taste, then allow 15–30 minutes of air if desired.
